Pesto Pine Nut Pizza
Ingredients: 1 pizza dough, 1/2 cup pesto sauce, 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup toasted pine nuts, 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes.
Process: Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C) and stretch out the pizza dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread the pesto sauce over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust. Sprinkle the cheese over the pesto, then top with the pine nuts and cherry tomatoes. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
