Pine Nut-Crusted Halibut
Ingredients: 4 halibut fillets, 1/2 cup pine nuts, 1/4 cup breadcrumbs, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt, and peppe
Process: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pulse the pine nuts and breadcrumbs in a food processor until finely ground. Season the halibut with salt and pepper, then press the pine nut mixture onto the top side of each fillet. Heat the oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Add the halibut, crust-side down, and cook until golden, about 3 minutes. Flip the fillets and transfer the skillet to the oven. Bake until the fish is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
