Sautéed Spinach with Garlic and Pine Nuts

Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3 cloves garlic thinly sliced, 1/4 cup pine nuts, 10 cups baby spinach, salt, and pepper.

Process: In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat add the garlic and pine nuts to the skillet and cook until golden, about 3 minutes. Increase the heat to high, add the spinach, salt, and pepper, and sauté until wilted, about 2 minutes. Serve immediately
