Bruschetta with Ricotta, Honey and Pine Nuts

Ingredients: 1 baguette sliced, 1/2 cup ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts.

Process: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven until golden, about 10 minutes. Spread each slice with a spoonful of ricotta, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle with pine nuts.
