Cedar-Planked Salmon with Pine Nut Topping

Ingredients: 1 cedar plank, 4 salmon fillets, salt, and pepper, 1/4 cup honey mustard, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 1/4 cup pine nuts, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill.

Process: Preheat your grill to medium-high. Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour, then drain. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, then spread each fillet with honey mustard. Mix the breadcrumbs, pine nuts, and dill in a bowl, then press onto the mustard-coated side of the salmon. Place the salmon on the cedar plank, crust-side up, and grill, covered, until the fish is cooked to your liking, about 15 minutes. Be sure to watch carefully to avoid any flare-ups from the cedar plank. Serve hot off the grill.
