Pine Nut Granola with Yogurt and Fresh Berries
Ingredients: 2 cups rolled oats, 1 cup pine nuts, 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup vegetable oil, 1 cup mixed berries, yogurt for serving.
Process: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix the oats, pine nuts, honey, and oil in a bowl. Spread on a baking sheet and bake until golden, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let cool, then stir in the berries. Serve with yogurt.
